Jews: Question about the Psalms?

Some jewish rabbis and famous israeli nobel winners said that all the teachings of the Torah and the Prophets are contained in the Book of Psalms. Now the Psalms are popular amongst jews, gentiles and christians alike. Anyway, which Psalms particularly have teachings and/or principles of the torah within them?
