How can I tell if my wound is infected?

I got bit by a mastive (dog). One wound is about 4 cm deep, another about 3, and the other one about 2. The problem is that it seeps yellow goo, smells like rotton eggs no matter what I clean them with, its very swollen, and very red around them, but I don't have any temperature... what should I do?
