Do i have gentile herpes?

im 12 years old and have never had ANY form of sex what so ever. theres this pinky fingernail size bump well i guess it LOOKS more like a welt. but when i went to go to the bathroom i noticed it was bleeding so is that herpes? or STD's or anything like that cuz im only 12. btw i noticed it like 1-2 weeks ago.
