Can You pleas explain this to me !!?

Ok im a 16 year old female & im graduation from the 10th grade & i took my NYS math & ela & I got the results back :) But im not to excited I past the ela & i failed the math & there was this promotional criteria test that my teacher gave me that's like insurance. God for bit i fail NYS i can past on with that but i failed the NYS math & I also failed the promotional criteria test but here's the deal.. I have an IEP & supposly that's suppose to back me up.. Its suppose to help me also the supperintendent looks at your portfolio but what are they looking for? because if your portfolio is goos u couls pass on to the 11th btw idk what category to place this in !
